Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our work, covering all installation and construction work carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed in the contract. The warranty only applies to the work and materials used in the work carried out by us.
The warranty is valid from the date of handover of the works and is related to a specific object. The warranty only applies to works that have been carried out in accordance with all applicable building regulations and standards.
Defects covered by warranty
The warranty covers construction errors, installation problems, and defects in building materials that affect the quality or usability of the work.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, or external factors such as natural disasters or the actions of third parties.
The warranty conditions do not apply if:
Changes or improvements have been made during the use or maintenance of the works without the consent of our company.
The damage is caused by the misconduct or negligence of customers or third parties.
The warranty does not cover natural signs of wear and tear that occur over time as a result of normal use.
Errors and fixes
If defects occur during the warranty period, we undertake to repair them free of charge within a reasonable time. The customer is obliged to inform us immediately after discovering the defect so that we can resolve the problem.
When performing repair work, the warranty period may only be extended for the repaired part, the original warranty period applies to the remaining work.
Customer responsibility
The customer undertakes to follow the operating and maintenance instructions for the work in order to maintain the validity of the warranty. Any damage caused by inadequate maintenance or incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.
